Bodhai Chinese

The reality of regional editorial work is that the parallel production path of photographers and writers rarely intersect. It’s a strange modus operandi – we are working to tell the same story, but not in concert, and usually not at the same time.

So when that opportunity comes along to cover the story together, I always look forward to the collaboration. Last month, Erin Brooks and I had the rare opportunity to work together – exploring the emerald fresh Taiwanese cuisine from the illustrious “secret menu” at Bodhai Chinese.
